Neşe Furnishing, the first subsidiary of Neotek, started to manufacture many products in 1950s when national production was fairly poor and many items where imported from abroad. The company was founded with the idea of easing the lives of Turkish consumers. Tarred floor cloth, steel curtain rails and double-sided plastic table cloth are few of the many firsts of Neotek Furnishing. Neotek Chemicals, another subsidiary of Neotek, was founded in 1988 in order to supply raw material to the industrialists working on plastic industry in Turkey. It not only has been the representative of many outstanding international companies in Turkey, but also started the production of many items which had been imported before. Neotek Chemicals is an obvious leader of its sector and is going on to be a solution partner of the Turkish industrialist on commercial matters and a supporter of Turkish industry.
